Bruno,
Yes, the 2 wheels in front of the pilotwheel are the engine start/stop (left), and throttle (right). Two signal bell "quadrants" were probably located where those wheels are, before 1940.

No problem regarding questions. I don't mind answering them. Wish more people were interested in these things.
