Alas the 7ft Decker model of Fulton's 1807 (1909 replica) has been completed. It is now on pemanent display at the visitor's center at The Clermont Historic Site. This model was built from copies of the drawings for the 1909 replica that I gave to the builder.

I am also working with Frederick Aeschbacher in getting his collecton moved to Clermont. He is donating his 1807, 1/96th scale model, his drawings for his 1807 & 1808 models and all of his research papers.

There is talk that docks will be built at Clermont at the location of the originals that were used by the North River and othe steamboats of the period. All in preperation for the Quadricentennial Celebration.
