Delta Queen Menus and Recipes

I'm under contract to write a book with the working title "Dining on the Delta Queen: A Culinary History 1927-2008," and I'd like to know if anyone has souvenir menus and recipes from their trips. I have interviewed several of the great folks who visit this website and I am working with Majestic, and they have all given me good information, but I need a little more, especially from the Queen's early years through the 1980s.

Anything you have would be appreciated.
