Default Omar Carving

Hello everyone,
My name is Jennifer Munro. I am the daughter of Gary Imwalle, whom some of you may know, as he was an avid steamboat man, modelmaker, and river man. Dad passed away recently. I miss him terribly every day. One of the things he left me is something I have admired since I was a little girl. It is a plaster mold cast of the Omar. If I remember correctly, Dad told me that a man made the mold (and I don't remember who it was) and made 10 castings before the mold broke and no others were made. The detail on it is intricate, and it is a beautiful rendition of the Omar. I am trying to find out some more details on it, and its approximate worth so I know whether or not I need to insure it. If anyone has any information on it, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
