[Ed Timper]

Hello everyone, my name is Ed Timper, and I live in Bettendorf, Ia. I am very interested in the W. J. Quinlan, and in particular information on her last few years on the river. My Great Grandfather is Arthur Quinn, and he was her last Captain / Pilot.
I am trying to gather as much info and photos etc, of her that I can. Also any info on life along the Mississippi during the 30's and 40's.
I look forward to talking with some of you, and sharing my love of the river and her grand old ships.
