Default Dean of Bluewater Passenger Shipping Passes

Frank Braynard who is to ocean shipping what Capt. Fred Way is to the Mississippi River passed away on Monday December 10, 2007. Braynard had a keen interest in the Mississippi River too. In 1982 he was one of the august judges for the New Orleans to Cincinnati race of the DELTA QUEEN and MISSISSIPPI QUEEN. Those who had the pleasure of meeting him were clearly better for the experience.
