Photos taken at the Steamboat exhibit at the Clermont Historic Site in Germantown, NY. The photos have a yellow cast as I used ambient light rather than my flash.

The model is approximately 12 ft long. It's scale, proportions and details aren't authentic from what I have found through my research. The craftsmanship is excellent, however. It was built as a prop for the 1940's movie "Little Old New York". The model was borrowed through December from a private collector in California.

My wife & I spent part of this morning walking the Clermont grounds and then taking in the Exhibit. We then pulled up one of their picnic tables and had a good old fashion picnic. It was a hazy day but nice.
