Default *DQ and the gathering storm.*

Hi, David,
Read your above posting. I've been watching the news on TV and internet closely today. Also went on line calling up Houma and the weather today so far.

I'd opine the DELTA QUEEN herself fine if firmly warped in to her landing in the slip down there. Wind always a terror but with several hurricanes to my credit in the U.S. Navy it's the torrential rains being blown in from a flat side angle that work in crevices and other openings. Down in that climate I also have concerns over the heat and humidity with possible mold and mildew inside unless there's proper air ventilation. Who knows? The DQ has nine lives for sure. Cheers!

Summer: R. Dale Flick on the northern shores of cool, crisp, breezy northern mighty Lake Michigan.
