Lexie,

Its a private slip owned by Low Land Construction, across from "New Generations Shipyard." This slip has all the necessary services near by and plenty of laydown area right next to the boat for us to get anything accomplished we need to prior to the exemption being passed. There is also access to plenty of mobile cranes and such for lifting items on and off the boat as needed.

The heavy marine refurbishment, requiring more robust work such as drydocking, boiler installation, generator installation, wheel removal, etc etc will not begin until the exemption is obtained. In the mean time we will be working on cosmetics and getting all of the plumbing, A/C, wood work, and decking repaired and painted.

Phillip
