Default What Happens next?

What happens if the Senate, by some miracle, passes the exemption and the Grand Old Gal is allowed to run again? Is there really anyone who is committed to buying the boat, refurbishing it, and then running it? Do they have in place the resources to accomplish this? Or is it all just a big pipe dream?
If someone really is committed and has the financing ready to go, why aren't they putting on a much bigger push to get the exemption passed? If I were them I would go to every newspaper, tv and radio station in every river town and appeal to them the economic importance of having the boat run again....much like Betty Blake did to get the first exemption. It seems to me that if all that was needed was the Senate's approval, it would be hard for the Senate not approve the exemption to bring hundreds of new jobs and tourist dollars to the inland rivers.
Something better happen soon, "winter is coming on". She froze last winter and, unless someone does something, she will again.
