Excellent advise from Judy. Besides Rockefeller we should key in on Pryor from Arkansas. He was a co-sponsor and is on the committee. Same goes for McCiskill from Missouri and Wicker from Mississippi. They were co-sponsors and are on the committee.

I tried Pryor's office several weeks ago but they couldn't/wouldn't tell me anything since I don't live in Arkansas.
