Ownership Status

Does anyone know the ownership status of the DQ at this time? Did the company that purchased the AQ also buy the DQ or is it still up for sale. I am trying to plan a small event during Memorial Day weekend next year with something like a boat tour and calliope concert for 25-50 people but they do not seem to be interested in committing to planning anything that far in advance. Am I just talking to the wrong person down there? Who should I be contacting?
