The Corp of Engineers said the depth was only 9ft, but that does not make sense as the Delta Queen travel almost all possiable routes and she has a 11.5 draft.......Question, can a 12.5 ft draft boat travel most of the Mississippi? Specificlly can the Empress of the North travel all the routes?
