Default Pardon vs. Executive Order?

How about this angle? Maybe a Presidential Executive Order is not "legal", but how about a Presidential Pardon??
All out going Presidents give pardons, and in the past I can't remember pardons other than for persons...

This vessel is not a person, she is a US Veteran, guilty of nothing, being unfairly persecuted by some in goverment...

"Pardon the Queen" that's personable enough eh??!!
