Delta Queen deserves exemption headlines the editorial today in the Quad City Times. Its a good piece, giving special praise to Iowa Senator Tom Harkin for sponsoring the Senate bill. I called the editor, Mark Ridolfi, to thank him - and to clarify the information they printed from Majestic America Line about the DQ:..."Amenities: bars and lounges, beauty salon, barber shop, casino, chapel, elevators, disco, hot tub."
I haven't seen the DQ this season since she's not on the UMR - did they do extensive remodeling last winter?????????????????????????????? duh.
