A story today in the Wheeling Intelligencer reports members of the city council are speaking out on behalf of the boat during the stop there Sunday. It also quotes 9-year-old Shadyside, Ohio, youngster Lyndsey Howell as saying, "I want to work on a boat like this when I grow up, so I am going to write to my congressman (Rep.
