Default Oberstar seen in the St. Louis area

Yes, it is true. James L. Oberstar, the towboat, was seen in the St. Louis area on Saturday afternoon. Ugh!! Someone named a towboat after him. Here's what it looks like. Maybe we should ask the crew of the towboat what they think about their namesake's feelings towards the Delta Queen. That would make a good news story, if it turned out that they are against old Jimmy's crusade.
