Again, I'd like to ask you guys to remember that this is a public forum, not a private discussion. There is no war and there are no enemies.
I totally agree with Paul Penta in his posting "
Out of hand?" - Our goal is to get the exemption for the Delta Queen and not to start a war against everyone who is not supporting our campaign. Feel free to follow your own agenda - that's not my business. But don't do it here on the steamboats.org message board.
And to make one more thing crystal clear so I won't again get an e-mail calling me a turncoat: I'm not defending anyone here, I'm just enforcing the basic rules of this message board and I'm asking for fairness. Please, let's keep our high standards of civility in this discussion and let's not go down to the low level of some of our opponents.
In case you want to waste your time discussing this, don't do it here on the message board, send me an e-mail. This thread is closed and I'll stop any attempt to discuss this publicly on the message board. Feel free though to continue any discussion regarding the cause, i.e. saving the Delta Queen, but don't use this message board as a platform to start a war.
