Default Status Coast Guard Authorization Bill and DQ amendment

Neither the Committee on Rules nor the Hous of Representatives have taken any action on the Coast Guard Authorization Bill this week as expected. It seams to be likely that a decision will be made within the next 10 days, but we don't have any information about this yet.

Please continue working on the cause, i.e. convincing the Rules Committee Members and your Representatives of the importance of the amendment and their okay in the Committee and House.

We'll keep you updated here and on save-the-delta-queen.org as soon as there is any new information available.
