This slick 11 Pg. issue features coverage of the DELTA QUEEN/S.O.L.A.S. issue from front cover and Pg. 3. with photos and 'Editor's Note' from Brian Hughes, Editor. Brian's commentary reveals he worked at one time for the DELTA QUEEN STEAMBOAT CO. No doubt a number of you remember him.
The TELEGRAPH is a quarterly supplement to the larger STEAMBOAT BILL.
