In case you have been wondering what was up with the St. Louis Riverfront planning, there is good news and bad news. The good news is that they have "discovered" that anchoring man made islands in the river would probably not work. Well, duh. The bad news is that they are no further than they were before they debuted the idiotic island concept. Maybe they should consider some traditional river things, like boats.
