Bartending on the Delta Queen

I was reading through the archives, and some other websites, and I think of all of the jobs I could think of doing, serving alcohol on the Delta Queen isn't one of them. It just seems like asking for too much trouble from the boss, and I don't mean the current owner of the fleet.
