Viking Cruises got to the Nile and the Mekong but not St. Paul anytime soon

Very interesting article, CJ, and I must say I am not surprised. While I wish Viking well in their attempt to enter the US river cruise market, there are a number of issues taht have been brought up both here and on several Facebook pages/forums. As to infrastructure construction in St. Paul, I think St. Paul is a better set-up than most places along the river...Lambert Landing would be a good landing for the type boats they plan to run. Most other cities would have to spend a considerable amount in construction of a (probably) floating dock to accommodate these boats. So the wait continues...
