No "Riverlorian" on AQ apparently!

For some unknown reason I got this email from ACL today, updating their copyright request for 'riverlorian'.
RIVERLORIAN - Reviews & Brand Information - AMERICAN CRUISE LINES, INC. Guilford, CT - Serial Number: 85448794

I wonder what else they'll trademark, 'steamboat' maybe????
Who had the original trademark of 'riverlorian'? Was it Karen Dodd who created the term, or one of the DQ Company incarnations?
