Corps Of Engineers Changes Plans !

Greetings From New Orleans ,
I have just received word from my source with the Corps Of Engineers , that the " Powers That Be " have now decided to not blow out a portion of the levee near Island 8 , LMR , but to now blow out a section of levee near Morrison Towhead , just above New Madrid , Missouri !
Its my understanding that this entire region is all part of the same spillway area and for one reason or another the levee at Morrison Towhead is now next on the Corp's , " Hit List " !
