According to AIS the M/V Miss Kelly is still in the Harvey Canal. I'll go with the eyes on contact. I am currently tied off across from Bonnie Carrie at Taft. Heard some radio chatter yeasterday with the boat at Buck Kriech (sp) dock preventing some boats from docking.
