Thanks, Bob. Knew some lighterage takes place from inbound ships, didn't know a similar transfer happens on exports.

Any idea what's the purpose of the lines with the loops in them every 10 feet or so? (Oddly similar to bedsheets tied together in an old prison-break movie!)
