This sounds like some good news. I had all but given up on future Tall Stacks events after 2006. I hope this time they learned something from 2006 and concentrate more on the boats and less on the on shore musical entertainment as they originally started out-and promote them. I always came to these events to see the boats and hear the whistles and calliopes rather than attend a rock concert. You can do that elsewhere
