Missing Houston executive Douglas Shantz's body identified | - NOLA.com
Earlier today there was an article about a missing man who was followed as far as to the NATCHEZ by various business' surveillance cameras, and here is an update with a brief video. The video starts out showing young Capt. Steven Nicoulin in the workboat looking for the body, which was found under the Toulouse St. Wharf. Speculation is that the man jumped/fell off the wharf and into the river - but NOT from the NATCHEZ gangway as the earlier article implied.
