American Cruise Lines Launches New Travel Agent Commission Program :: Travel Industry Wire

Travel agents will sell your cruises. During the bankruptcy, I took it upon myself (with company blessing) to visit travel agents in southwest Florida to keep DQSC on their radar. Many were very unhappy with how Sam Zell treated them after pulling the plug. It soured them on anything remotely resembling The Delta Queen Steamboat Company.

Another step in the right direction by a boat company owner who "gets it"?
