I was looking at the NOLA.com site, and its supposed to get to 23 tomorrow, with a high of 38, and more of the same on Saturday. I can hear pipes bursting right now...and of course here in the heartland I just got done snowblowing about 8 inches and was so glad to be able to get down to dry pavement. Now there's another inch or so which dropped after the storm was supposedly over... Is there anything left on the MQ which could be further damaged by this impending freeze?
Just checked the webcam. Its wet, but I can still make out the MQ - she is pointed upstream and the bridge pier covers her forward third or so. You can sort of make out the red dot at the stern, if you know exactly where to look. This is the same location she's been in, geez for over 3 years now...
