Sorry I can't find the thread where the current state of the COTTON BLOSSOM was being discussed, but I emailed Capt. Don Houghton and got this response: the owner, Frank Crain, hasn't found a site to operate her from yet, and he won't drydock her to regain her COI until he has a business operation set up. So, she is currently documented but not certified. She is still across Lake Pontchartrain, north of New Orleans.
