Default Martha "Mazzou" Jones

Jazzou Jones just sent this; our thoughts are with Jazzou and Diane, our prayers are with Martha "Mazzou" Jones.

--------

To all my friends,

After a brief illness, my Mom, Martha Jones, known to all her
steamboatin' friends as Mazzou, died peacefully at home on October
24 surrounded by her family. Through the years she made 32
memorable trips on the Delta Queen and Mississippi Queen, and she
loved making new friends on each one. As mother of a crew member,
Mazzou had a special place in her heart for her many buddies on the
crew and was so proud to be known as Crew Mom. In her final days
Mom and I had some memorable and often hilarious reminiscences of
her steamboatin' friends. She loved each and every one of you and
your friendship meant so much to her.

If you are so inclined, donations in her memory (Martha L. Jones)
may be made to Hospice at HCS, P.O. Box 564, Keene, NH 03431.

Love,
Jazzou
