In the past on Howard's "River Ramblin" days, many attendee's rode the BELLE OF LOUISVILLE's puiblic trip before the program at the museum got under way. For those who plan to do the same this year, a special treat is in store, Chief Kenny Howe will be engineering the BELLE that day. So if you are going to ride the BELLE, be sure to stop by the engine room and say "hello" to Kenny. Who knows, he may give you the grand tour.
