This afternoon I learned that the opening date of April 15th has been pushed back approximately one month. The reason given was the difficulty acquiring the necessary permits to open as a “Floating Hotel” as well as the requirement to fulfill a due diligence period, which will prohibit opening for overnight guests before some time in mid-May.
