Default DELTA QUEEN Engineering Question

I was wondering somethings about the DQ becoming a bread and breakfast. As a hotel the boat will have to have all it's house services operating...heat, lights, air conditioning, fire supression systems, sewage treatment, etc., etc. Can all these systems be run off shore power or do some of them require steam? I would imagine house heat still comes from steam. If they have to have steam, will the boat be required to have licensed personnel aboard? Also is the boat wired to operate completely off of shore power?
