Barb Haymeister at the DQ Calliope in Cape Girardeau
Hi all,
While at Cape Girardeau there was a 2nd grade class down to meet the boat. Since they couldn't stay until we left, Barb played a few numbers on the DQ Calliope and someone's posted some of it on You Tube!

PS The kids loved it, kept yelling, "Encore, Encore!!" I, of course, had to do my Curator thing and gave them a really abreviated history on the Calliope-they were going to ask their Principle where the calliope was first played--teacher told them they now knew something he didn't!
