How many Pilots/Favorite Queen

Hi all!
I have a couple of questions: how many pilots are on each boat?
And is it 6 on 18 off or?
Which, in everyone's opinion, is their favorite boat?
Also, if I book now for next year, will it still be these cheaper rates? My hubby wants to go next year...:)
