Jim,
Mary Bill was not along on the Ste. Genevieve trip. The partcipants were Billy Bauer, Bert Fenn, Henry Meyers (an Evansville stamp and cover collector) and myself. I made the movie from which your video was derived. Billy, Bert and I shot still pictures. Everybody was kind and generous excepting the switching foreman, who was such a grouch I wondered why he wasn't a passenger train conductor. On the way to Ste. Genevieve Billy and I stopped in Centralia and Billy shot pictures of the IC dead lines there.
The day was showery and dull with never a ray of sunshine. Thank you for sharing the pictures. They brought back a lot of fond memories.
