Default Bonne Carre Spillway & High River

Greetings From New Orleans ,
Here are a few shots of the Bonne Carre Spillway and the height of the river along the levees that for the time being are doing a remarkabel job of holding the river back . Today the river on the New Orleans , Carrollton River Gage is 16.5 and rising and personally I believe that we will exceed the 17feet that the Corps of Engineers is predicting and reach a reccord 18 feet . Time will tell and for those of us that have to work and live in this situation we are all literally holding on with both hands !
Smoothe Sailing !
