I hope that this doesn't mean that 1993 is coming all over again. Here at the confluence of the Missouri and Mississippi, we've already had enough flooding from the tributary rivers this Spring, due to some serious rain we've been having. Now, if it continues to rain in the Midwest, and the snow melt begins, the big rivers will be rising too. If this happens, one will have to roll their pant legs up pretty far.
