The Mississippi Muddcats

Does anyone know if the group the Mississippi Muddcats, led by Ron Sacia on trombone/vocals, is still around and kickin'? We saw them perform on the JBS several years ago. I think I heard something about personnel changes and a name change to the Fat Daddies. Any insights?
