Default The Morganza Spillway

Bob ,
Point well taken , Bob and what even more amazes me is the fact that the Morganza Spillway which is located well above the fair city of St. Francisville , La. and across from Iowa Point has never in its long existance NEVER been opened to serve the same purposes as the the Bonne Care Spillway ! Just more food for thought and why the leaders in the towing and maritime industry don't use their political muscle to rectify these safety issues and flooding conerns is beyond me !!
Smoothe Sailing !
