Within the article Bruno posted check out the writer's previous article on "Rolling on the River", about her trip on the AQ and how she thought as a younger person she wouldn't like it, but now wants to ride again! And as to the airlines' surcharges, I've never had a purchased fare raised by one. I guess the key is Majestic America Line saying 'for those fares not fully paid yet'. Presumably if you've paid the entire fare by now you won't have the surcharge too.
