Default S&D Reflector - Thanks, Capt. David Smith!

The March issue of the S&D Reflector arrived at my landing yesterday. The first edition to be published since Capt. David Smith took the wheel as editor, I must say that it looks great in every way and he deserves a long and loud whistle salute! This year marks my 40th anniversary as a member of S&D (I joined when I was 13) and although I no longer attend the annual meetings at Marietta, I look forward to the quarterly arrival of the magazine. Thanks David! Capt. Fred would be proud!
