Sternwheeler Riverboat B&b in Oregon

I own a 97 ' sternwheel riverboat B&B with 5 (8 possible) staterooms, all with private bath. Any ideas how/where is the best place to post it for sale?

In this economy, I'm not certain where you should post it, although this is a good place to maybe find someone who would be interested. However, I do know photos are almost critical to selling it. A "97' sternwheel riverboat" could be almost anything from a floating palace to a group of trailers on a barge (I'm not trying to be insulting, just looking for far ends of the spectrum). If your B& B has a website, a link to it would also be a plus in advertising.
