Delta Queen Hotel has announced the Delta Queen Crew Club, a program that recognizes the beloved boat’s most loyal fans by offering an opportunity to commemorate their trips and service with the purchase of a brass-plated nameplate.

Delta Queen arrived at Chattanooga

The Delta Queen has arrived at Chattanooga where she'll be serving as a floating hotel, temporarily. Her owners, Ambassadors International Inc. said the leasing contract with the hotel operator Harry Phillips of Chattanooga will be terminated in case the Delta Queen earns another exemption from Congress to allow her back into service as overnight cruise vessel.

The Delta Queen Nominated as One of America’s Most Endangered Historic Places

The Delta Queen has been nominated for inclusion on the National Trust for Preservation’s 2009 list of America’s Most Endangered Historic Places. The nomination was submitted today by noted Kentucky preservationist and longtime Trust member Donald E. Clare, Jr.
