Important news - S&D Sept. 2009 meeting

One very important item was inadvertently left out of the announcement for the Annual meeting of the Sons & Daughters of Pioneer Rivermen.
The nominating committee for the 2010 slate of officers is as follows:

Please contact Chairman Canfield with any nominations for Officer or Board of Governors positions.
We hope to see any and all S&D members, Midwest Riverboat Buffs members and any guests or interested persons at the meeting September 18th and 19th, 2009 at the Hotel Lafayette in Marietta, OH! Don't forget to make your reservations for the banquet two weeks in advance!

There was a brief mention of the S&D invitation and the Spring MRB gathering @ Muscatine, IA this past May, but no-one really knew of the details at the time.
However, the MRB doesn't meet again until mid October...will there be a mailing out to the MRB members as well, as I believe many of the MRB members are not S&D members. Just curious... Thanks! |
