Cap'n Bill
Hello ! I am new to the forum, and I would like to contact "Cap'n Bill", who posted on the old forum. I have read some of his posts, and am interested in the operations of the Hines towboat John J. Kelly in the service of Gulf Oil. I did not find "Cap'n Bill" in the current members list. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, David M. Smith.
