Default Below the Harvey Canal

Channel 67 is the working channel, 68 to chat. You can get canal traffic on 14. As far as what is below the Harvey Canal, start with the entire city front (the basic Natchez tour). I presume you've done this, but if not, I can email highlights.
Most ships leave at 4, so you'll have about 3 hours of daylight, but there won't be a lot to see anyway. You'll pass 2 ferries: Belle Chasse and Point la Hache (if one hasn't been shut down, can't remember). The former Bergeron Shipyards at Braithwaite where the NATCHEZ was built is on the east bank, but not anything to distinguish it. You'll pass Fort Jackson, Venice, and Pilottown. On my one and only cruise, we left at 4 and passed the sea buoy into the open waters of the Gulf about 10:45 PM. Coming back it seems like it was about the same time, so not visible either time... On your return, once you pass the Algiers Canal down at mile 88, it will take about 45 minutes to reach the Julia St. dock.
